We are a full-service property management company aiming to provide our clients with exceptional service. To achieve this goal, we have structured our business in a way that does not enable us to provide a-la-carte services.
The onboarding timeline depends on the size of the property. Typically, for 20 or less units, the onboarding process averages 3 weeks. This includes communication to current tenants and the transfer of responsibilities from previous management. For 20+ units, while we can accommodate a shorter onboarding timeline, we would anticipate 1.5 months to complete the process.
We provide services to the greater Chicagoland area. Our radius extends North to the Wisconsin border, West to Rockford, and South to Joliet.
No, we are well equipped to handle any size property. We manage single-family homes and condos, as well as multi-family homes with 100+ units.

Rent is due at the first of every month. Rent is considered late after the fifth day of every month. There is a late fee that is applied on the sixth day.
If there is an emergency that requires the police, please dial 911. If there is an emergency that requires the property managers, please call our office at (708) 401-7658.
If you are locked out during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM), please call the office at (708) 401-7658 to request assistance from maintenance. Please note that there is a $100 lockout fee for this service.
If you are locked out outside of business hours, a $250 fee will apply for maintenance to unlock the door, provided maintenance is available. If maintenance is not available, it will be the resident's responsibility to contact a locksmith, and any associated costs will be at the resident's expense.
For any lost keys, there is a $15 replacement fee.
Renter’s insurance is a requirement for all residents. The policy must include a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
This coverage is intended to protect both the resident and the property in the event of damage or incidents that may occur during the lease term. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout the duration of the lease.
